What's this all about?

Hello! Welcome to my blog. The purpose for this is to detail the process that my brother and I underwent to restore a 1969 Chevrolet C-10. We bought the truck back in November knowing that it would be a project. We never imagined that we would have come so far to restore the engine in just a couple months. To give some background, I am in my senior year of high school and my brother is one year removed from his. I have a girlfriend, hard classes, and a part time tutoring gig as well as other engagements. My brother has a girlfriend, two jobs, and obligations to the Marine Corps as he was enlisted but had not yet gone through training. We did not have the time, the money, or the capacity to do this project, or so we thought. I hope you find this blog informative, inspiring, and helpful in your own projects. We found that we were capable and had the ability to do far more than we thought we could, all it took was stepping out and getting the ball rolling.
